이용약관
Kray, Inc.(이하 '당사')는 당사가 제공하는 브랜드 'SONA and TOKYO'와 관련된 각종 서비스(온라인 스토어, LINE 미니앱, LINE 기프트, 외부 판매 플랫폼 연동, 기타 관련 서비스를 포함하며 이하 '본 서비스')의 이용 조건을 정하는 것입니다.
제1조 (적용)
본 약관은 본 서비스 이용과 관련하여 당사와 사용자 간의 모든 관계에 적용됩니다.
제2조 (이용 및 동의)
사용자는 본 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 후 본 서비스를 이용해야 합니다. 외부 플랫폼을 통해 이용하는 경우 해당 플랫폼의 약관도 준수해야 합니다.
제3조 (매매계약의 성립)
사용자가 주문을 확정하고 당사가 수주 확인 통지를 발송한 시점에 매매계약이 성립합니다. 다음의 경우 당사는 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
- 부정 이용이 의심되는 경우
- 지불 불능 상태인 경우
- 재고 부족으로 공급이 불가능한 경우
- 전매 목적의 주문으로 합리적으로 판단되는 경우
제4조 (지불 방법)
지불 방법은 당사 또는 이용하는 판매 채널이 정하는 방법에 따릅니다.
제5조 (지적재산권)
본 서비스에 게재된 콘텐츠의 권리는 당사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다. 무단 전재 및 복제를 금지합니다.
제6조 (금지 사항)
- 허위 정보의 등록
- 시스템에 대한 부정 액세스 및 방해
- 전매 목적의 대량 구매 및 상업적 이용
- 서비스 운영을 방해하는 일체의 행위
- 공서양속에 반하거나 법령을 위반하는 행위
제7조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)
당사는 사업상 필요하다고 판단되는 경우, 사전 통지 없이 본 서비스를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (면책 사항)
통신 환경, 외부 플랫폼 장애 등으로 발생한 손해에 대해 당사는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 천재지변 기타 불가항력으로 인한 손해도 동일합니다.
제9조 (개인정보의 취급)
개인정보의 취급에 대해서는 별도로 정하는 개인정보 처리방침에 따릅니다.
제10조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 일본법을 준거법으로 하며, 본 서비스와 관련된 분쟁은 도쿄지방법원을 제1심 전속적 합의 관할 법원으로 합니다.

利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、Kray, Inc.（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するブランド「SONA and TOKYO」に関連する各種サービス（オンラインストア、LINEミニアプリ、LINEギフト、外部販売プラットフォーム連携、その他関連サービスを含み、以下「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する当社とユーザーとの間のすべての関係に適用されます。
第2条（利用および同意）
ユーザーは、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意のうえ、本サービスを利用するものとします。外部プラットフォーム経由で利用する場合は、当該プラットフォームの規約にも従うものとします。
第3条（売買契約の成立）
ユーザーが注文を確定し、当社が受注確認通知を送信した時点で売買契約が成立します。以下の場合、当社は契約を解除できるものとします。
- 不正利用が疑われる場合
- 支払不能
- 在庫不足
- 転売目的と合理的に判断される注文
第4条（支払方法）
支払方法は、当社または利用する販売チャネルが定める方法によります。
第5条（知的財産権）
本サービスに掲載されるコンテンツの権利は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。無断転載・複製を禁止します。
第6条（禁止事項）
- 虚偽情報の登録
- 不正アクセス
- 転売目的の大量購入
- サービス運営の妨害
- 法令違反行為
第7条（サービス変更・停止）
当社は、事業上必要と判断した場合、事前通知なく本サービスを変更・停止できるものとします。
第8条（免責事項）
通信環境、外部プラットフォーム障害等により生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。天災その他不可抗力により生じた損害についても同様とします。
第9条（個人情報の取扱い）
個人情報の取扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーによります。
第10条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") establish the conditions for using various services related to the brand "SONA and TOKYO" provided by Kray, Inc. Article 1 (Applicability)

Article 2 (Use and Consent)

Article 3 (Formation of Sales Contract)
A sales contract is formed at the time the user confirms an order and the Company sends a notice of acceptance. The Company may cancel the contract in the event of suspected fraudulent use, inability to pay, or out-of-stock situations.
Article 4 (Payment Method)
The method of payment shall be in accordance with the methods prescribed by the Company or the sales channel used.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Article 7 (Modification or Suspension of Service)
The Company may modify or suspend the Service without prior notice if it deems it necessary for business purposes.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by communication environments, external platform failures, or force majeure.
Article 9 (Handling of Personal Information)

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
